TERMS & CONDITIONS

All gowns are hand made to order and cannot be returned unless there are damages to goods, inaccurate or a faulty product. Refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis as all garments are throughly checked and assessed before they are sent to their forever homes. 

In any cases where the product has been received damaged from postage we cannot be held reliable.

In cases where a package as been misplaced or stolen, we cannot be held reliable, please contact your service provider for further questions.

In any cases were an incorrect address was given please let us know within 48 hours to ensure the rectification of postage.
